Life has changed drastically since we were forced to cancel face-to-face training on March 22 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Like so many other trainers we have had to adapt. Our goal is to provide the highest possible level of service while you train through this unusual and disrupted time.
You can find hundreds of generic workouts on YouTube & social media - but none of them are created for you & they don't take into account your specific strengths & weaknesses. Sure, the presenters might look the goods but it doesn't mean they know how you need to train. Getting a workout is easy, but improving in meaningful ways is much harder.
My focus has always been on my clients' health & overcoming limitations rather than "fitness". This is not the time for trying to set Personal Records or do intense intervals - you've got enough stress without piling it on with Tabatas & whatever else the pretty trainer on the video thinks is a good idea! It's the time to be doing those things you're most likely to neglect - your flexibility, mobility, muscle imbalances and other weaknesses.
